In the heart of Megève, the “ TIGrr Indochine” brings its own chic Asian touch to an authentic mountain village.
Jérôme Foucaud , the man behind Murano Resort, Kube Hotel Saint Tropez and the Untitled Project ; unveils a new place to be and to live after nightfall.
In a cosi and warm atmosphere, different places ; a private lounge, a lively bar, a restaurant with a “table d’hôte” to enjoy an Asian evening. The menu offers Sushi, Dim Sum, Chinese and Thai food.
Black is the dominant tone here, reflecting the fact that the venue truly comes to life when darkness falls, interspersed with a warming and illuminating shade of yellow. Whilst the hexagon lends its distinctive shape to the furnishings and the light fittings that pick out the walls like Le Deun graphic lanterns. The beast reigns supreme in the room and welcomes clients in its den.
According to the designer Philippe Di Méo ( well known for his “Bouddhours” statuette ), “We needed an iconic object that would become the venue’s signature, a little object of desire. Like a seal, the tiger logo became a stamp, leaving its hexagonal mark on paper and other media. It is also to be found on the environment, the furnishings, walls and mirrors. More than a logo, it is a contemporary ideogram that represents a name, an idea, that of a unique place in Megève, a team spirit, a refined culture. ”
